  1. fixed Wow. You're hilarious. No seriously, I can't stop laughing.
  2. Soriano did the same thing we sending him to AAA? maybe just a slight difference in talent level. I understand that but I dont here anybody else saying Soriano was stupid for swinging. You cant have it both ways Soriano was stupid for swinging at the first pitch. Happy? But that doesn't mean we should send Soriano down to AAA.
  3. Soriano did the same thing we sending him to AAA? Because Soriano can do good things with the bat and has shown the ability to do so. Ronny hasn't. Comparing Soriano to Cedeno is just stupid.
  4. That's why you got sent down to AAA, Ronny. Don't swing at the first pitch when the pitcher has walked two hitters in the inning.
  5. nope i dont want a serious injury just one to take him out of this game Yep. Gotta make sure he's healthy enough to shut the Brewers down on Saturday.
  6. Can you suck for these 4 games Ryan. You can pick it up this weekend.
  7. that's a little harsh I don't think it's too much to ask that the fielders know how many outs there are. EDIT: Yes, he's probably not an idiot. But it doesn't take a bright person to know whether that was out number 1, 2, or 3.
  8. Hamels has the best left handed changeup in baseball, eh Sut? Ever heard of Johan Santana?
  9. What would the purpose be of throwing behind Rollins there? Stupid Sutcliffe.
  10. I'd guess that Hanley would cost just as much, if not more, than Cabrera because he's a SS.
  11. There was a report that he only wanted to go to Atlanta or Chicago, but Griffey hasn't said anything of that sort either way. I would think with the Tex to Atlanta deal that there is no chance for Griffey to go there as well. What else would the Braves offer the Reds now that Salty is gone?
  12. Actually it's only three. And that difference is because of the postponed April 29 Cards game that was cancelled when Hancock died. The St. Louis game is scheduled to be made up on September 15. The other difference is probably just due to the schedule. The Cubs will make up one game tomorrow. In August the Brewers have 4 off days while the Cubs have 2 and, barring any more postponements, the teams will be even on games played going into September. Both teams play the same number of games in October but the Cubs have an extra off day due to the aforementioned doubleheader against the Cardinals.
  13. Like you said earlier in your post, they had an ace in Carpenter last year. They don't have him this year.
