Krivsky is going to get what HE wants for Dunn and Griffey or he will hang onto them into the offseason and probably into next season. Dunn's price tag is cheaper then Griffey's, but both are going to cost you something nice. Either somebody is going to step up and make a deal, or nothing will happen. I'm not sure if I like the strategy or not, but that's what is going to happen. if the cubs and reds were gonna make a deal for griffey, what would you as a fan want back from the cubs? Murton & Marshall Murton can't play RF, and even if he could that is the position Josh Hamilton should be playing. Dunn is the Reds Lfer, for now. Jay Bruce will probably be playing LF in Cincinnati a year from now. I thought Hamilton was a CFer? And why should he be playing RF? Not trying to be argumentative, just wondering.
