    The man has no fear. I appreciate that. I of course will be begging the football gods for no injuries.

    I’m convinced the starters are playing. What if the truly bizarre happens and Washington is up 3TDs at halftime? Then the outcome of the game doesn’t matter. It’s the NFL. Weird stuff happens.

    He’s a solid QB especially in that system. Absolutely can be a guy that wins the Super Bowl. The weird criticism Collinsworth was giving Caleb? I was mentally turning him off. His color isn’t providing a ton of value to me. When he goes off on a QB who didn’t make a play that most QBs can’t even get a throw off, it’s not worth the brain cells.

    I know the Bears D is full of holes, but the way the 49ers are hitting seams quickly, coupling that with the run game and a true game-changer like McCaffrey, they are likely the offensive best team in the NFC, or right there with the Rams. It's their defense that could hurt them. But that O is clicking, no doubt. Even teams with a pass rush will struggle because there aren't that many drop back passes where EDGE can T up. I came away thinking BJ is every bit living up to his hype because he's trading blow for blow in his first year with an established system like the 9ers.

    Now there’s a name I haven’t heard in awhile. One game and everyone thinks he’s ready to be a star.

    Apparently the expectation is that Burden will rest and Odunze as well, in hopes that both will be ready for the playoffs. Poor DJ! He’s had to carry the load but in doing so he has completely flipped my opinion of him as a player. He’s been there for us.

    Because of that? Seems arbitrary and not a real good basis for the decision.

    I assume we tie that stuff down since the O is still a work in progress but man that’s frustrating. Even with all that it was close. Couple more yards of travel on that ball and we win.

    He’s the real deal for sure. I’m sure BJ is going to get there. This was a big time game. Two exceptional HC’s going at it toe to toe. Obviously I’m upset at not winning but the entire country watched the Bears do that on offense. There shouldn’t be any doubters left. Bears O is for real and it will only get better.

    Honestly the really big play for the 49ers was the tackle on the hook and ladder. That was a well executed play and they just made the tackle.

    That screenshot looks great but the guy is sprinting full speed towards that open space. By the time the ball gets there he’s not nearly as wide open. I’m not saying it would have been a bad idea but it certainly wasn’t a gimme.

    All true. It crossed my mind that the Rams having to play at SF means something. I agree we don’t lose much but I also believe BJ will think about this in a calculated way.

    I don’t think the Eagles are losing to the Commanders. The second seed is therefore on the line. I don’t think the Bears are sitting the starters. I don’t think BJ is thinking about the Bears Packers rivalry or any of that mojo. He wants the higher seed.

    I’ve rarely seen defense this bad. I’m sure it’s been bad at some point. But this is next level bongo bad.

    I understand what they’re trying to do but I’d say the results are mixed.

    Might sound weird but it seems like a random TO is more likely than an actual stop.
