For every ball Madrigal hits that goes above 15 feet above the ground, he should be benched for 1 future game. He needs to get the extreme Willie Mays Hayes treatment.

Only thing decent about that is it was hit solidly and he went with the pitch and didn't roll over on it. Happ just looks so lost right now and RH is his worse side so a day off would have been ok too.

Amaya actually seems to be decent at that (eye test for me anyhow), but wow is Gomes bad at that too.

I know that baserunners have an advantage now in the stolen base department, but I don't know if there is a team in the history of baseball as bad at throwing out attempted basestealers as the Cubs are this year.

Kyle just has so little room for error due to his arsenal. It is truly incredible he has had as much success in his career as he has had. Unless he finds his elite control again, I have little hope for a revival. That makes me very sad to type.
