  1. Yeah, bringing in Captain Wild Pitch is an odd call with 2 outs and a runner on 3rd.
  2. Smyly's performance was the most predictable of outcomes this evening. DFA him and bring Wicks up please.
  3. The first two hits were smoked line drives.
  4. I can go back and check, but it sounded like they said Palencia just got up to throw once the bases were loaded.
  5. How could you just start someone warming up when they load the bases? Stupid managing by Rossy.
  6. I think for Justin to take that next step he needs to develop his changeup. Everything moves the same way and it seems like hitters haven’t been getting jammed as much in the second half as the first. I think he has had a remarkable year for the most part.
  7. How many times has he bunted with Madrigal with runners on in the 9th this year? Several I believe and I don’t recall any of the times producing a run.
  8. Tumpane is channeling his inner Eric Gregg for Fried today.
  9. Well why the horsefeathers not when the ump gives you 4 inches off the edge.
  10. Palencia can be rather nasty when he decides to shove.
  11. "Don't sell yourself short judge. You're a tremendous slouch."
  12. Had very high hopes for Herz a couple years ago. Made was a mostly superfluous player in the organization with Hernandez, Rojas, Derniche, Vazquez, and Dansby manning short. It costs something to get something, so oh well. Welcome back Jeimer.
  13. When you first said Franklin, my first thought was Christian Franklin, and not Kohl. I would rather lose Christian.
  14. Barnhart would be most ideal, but it is rather unlikely to happen. He has been a nothing this year and I would hardly expect that to change.
  15. If it involves more than 2 homers over the next season and a half, he could play every game and bat 5 times per and still fall short.
  16. I didn’t realize we were sharing fantasies in here now.
  17. Even Barnhart’s framing has been trash. Everything close to an edge he yanks back to the middle of the plate. Can’t imagine that helps the pitcher out.
