  1. I actually got to see one of his starts in 1996 against the Marlins. Cubs lost 3-1 or 3-2. Sosa hit his 40th homer and then I think broke his hand the next day. That was the first Cubs game I ever got to see in person.
  2. https://youtu.be/TvzVTRK1nOY?si=jajHRqCKgL-cBY9f
  3. Glad to see Ballasteros slimmed down this offseason.
  4. Hold on just a moment. We've never seen Goff had the ball off to McCaffrey. He might not be as proficient at that.
  5. I had the same thought, but I also didn't get to watch every snap of his. He seemed like he was far and away the best pass-protecting RB they had on the roster.
  6. A bit late for that.
  7. That would be quite the shock if all 4 went in the top 8 picks. Especially if 2 QBs are taken for sure and possibly 3 if Daniels is taken that early. That means at least 3 of Fashanu, Alt, Turner, Latu are still on the board. If Bowers is there at #9, you gotta take him, right? I think positionally he is the most "head and shoulders" above the rest of the position group.
  8. Off the top of my head, Shedeur Sanders and Riley Leonard will likely be ranked above JJ in next years draft.
  9. He is still really really good. He will come with a moderately high price tag, but he is one "old" WR I could be on board signing.
  10. He saw a lot of pressure in the Washington State game. 18-33, 204 yds, 2 TD and a pick.
  11. You beat me by mere seconds.
  12. Cam Ward declared for this year's draft.
  13. That would be a great trade IMO. I think that MHJ at #3 and then DE, DT, or Bowers with whatever pick they Bears end up with would make me thrilled. Cooper Beebe to replace Nate Davis and Van Pran to replace Patrick would be fantastic if possible. That also doesn't include the possibility of NE conveying to the Bears a pick in the top 5 again next year due to Belichick maybe leaving and not having a talented roster.
  14. New C and RG and this OL will be respectable.
  15. Roughing the passer on that, but Fields can't get a call to save his life. Weak ass horsefeathers.
  16. He has never gotten a 99/1 type call for roughing.
  17. Fifita out of Arizona is one to watch over the next couple years. I would be surprised if he doesn’t get poached by a school with more NIL money. Love his moxy, toughness, and he throws a beautiful deep ball.
  18. Has Curt Schilling tweeted this year?
  19. That would be the worst-case scenario in my opinion. This team has plenty of talent and the defense has decided to play like it means business, finally. If Fields is the guy (my preference) then the draft capital/traded players you acquire for the #1 overall pick are necessary to continue building the team. If Williams or Maye are the decision that Poles makes, then Fields is traded for something that will hopefully help round out the team. Resetting the QB clock is great and all, but it would come at a high opportunity cost in losing the ability to trade the #1 overall pick.
  20. Longing for the good old days of Jim Miller or Matt Barkley?
  21. I thought I saw that live and then they didn't show a replay. We need a vomit face "like" as an option. 🤮
  22. Well it is likely that if the Panthers convey the first overall pick to the Bears, and they trade it, they will also have the draft position or ability to utilize capital in a trade to grab Van Pran in the 2nd.
  23. I feel like this is his way of boycotting Ross’s lineups. Sucking super hard.
