Ahahahahahahahahahahahaha. That was good for a laugh. Was this guy who said this mildly intoxicated? And I got looks from several directions when I booed Neifi at the lone game I went to this season. Yes he was really drunk. I don't think they understand that it pains me to cheer against them. I hate every moment of it, and truthfully we are both working towards the same goal. The only difference is, he thinks things will be better by keeping the status quo, which is awfully awfully wrong.

Just got back from the game. Watched the game with Mark_R, sethuel1, vance, Serena, and Fred. Almost got into a fight with a Cubs fan after the game that was pissed that we were mocking Neifi and booing bad plays. Normally don't do that, but this guy said something to the effect of 'you have to cheer for Dusty because he's the manager'. He then told me I should be wearing a White Sox jersey or something. Good times.

Is Dusty to blame for anything that's happened tonight? This game has been about the pitchers (and our hitter's inability to score with RISP). Capuano's quick move prevents the runners from getting much of a lead so it's not like the hit and run is a good idea to stay out of the DP. Maddux has now put this one out of reach at 5-0 Doesn't matter if he did anything bad tonight or not. Bottom line is that someone has to be accountable. It's not any one player's fault that the team blows, but it is Dusty who has seen his team decline from an NLCS team to the worst in baseball in 3 years. The team has quit on him, and he no longer deserves to coach this team. -
