Would he hit better than Soriano too? Soriano is basically having the same offensive season Jacque Jones had last year, so sure, he might. I've never thought about it like that. He really is having the same season. The only difference is its more damaging because he insists on hitting leadoff. Between him and Theriot's huge swoon, its a pretty bad 1-2 for the Cubs right now.
