I think it depends on what you mean by elite. I think he can be an elite possession receiver. He doesn't have the breakaway speed to be a randy moss kin of breakaway receiver though i'm talking like a perennial 1,000 yard 80-catch guy. Maybe. He's a big target and is a good route runner so it is possible. He'd better be a good route runner, he had a whole year to study the playbook before being allowed to run those routes.

I don't know if they will overturn this. One foot was definitely in, the other one appears to be touching, but it really close and almost seems like it could be slightly elevated and not hitting the ground.
