Maybe. If he knees it at the 1. The Saints have a TO and the 2 minute warning. Best the 49ers can hope for is something like 1:10, which is still probably enough time for Brees.

wtf? I watched more of last year's crappy team than I care to admit, and I don't remember this being a problem. That is the most important thing for meatball Cubs fans. Thats part of the reason why Kaplan forced them all to hate Ramirez. When you listen to the Score when the Cubs aren't playing well, the idiot calls always mention stuff like this.

I would love a video board, but having a board to provide significantly more statistics might be an even better thing to have. The only stats you could get previously were on the crappy little LED board under the scoreboard. Their first AB, all you got was BA/HR/RBI, and then the other times they were AB they had stupid little things like "Castro has .461 SLG% in home games in June." or "Soto had a GW RBI on 7/3 against the Brewers". Just not really useful information. And the fact that it will have a dedicated pitch count tracker is awesome. Previously that info would only be up on the LED boards that lined the 1B and 3B lines. But it would only start showing up when a starter was over something like 60 pitches. And sometimes they would run the out of town scoreboard on it instead and just wouldn't have pitch count or pitch speed for a little bit while the scores were shown. -
It's kind of bizarre when you think about it. The Cubs went to such lengths to be as secretive as possible. There were rumors but no one at the time knew if the Red Sox granted permission or how real Theo's interest was in general. Then Theo decides to get out of the car a mile from Wrigley and grab Starbucks. Why not make your wife go get it? Maybe he thought that even if someone spotted him, the dude wasn't going to go to the media, and if he did no one would believe him without a picture or something. He obviously underestimated Paul Sullivan being willing to print basically anything.

I was about to post during the game that I think we should trade Keith while his name still has value. I've given up on him pretty much and he's starting to be a figurehead for me of half assed Blackhawk efforts.

I really really like this. Is this for next season? Good way to modernize Wrigley a little without the annoying meatballs bitching. Actually what am I saying? They will still bitch about this. Hope it can provide some sort of video or have the ability to upgrade to a video board. -
I figured out how to get the most upside out of my bets this weekend. It would basically make my weekend if any of the Texans, Giants or Broncos win this weekend. So I'm going to take the Packers, Ravens and Patriots on a money line parlay. If the favorites win, I win. If any of them lose, I pay $100 to see something awesome happen. Ps I realize I won't win much taking the favorites even on a parlay but oh well, I gamble to make games more enjoyable.

Michigan just loves getting down by double digits to inferior teams. Considering their next 5 Big Ten games are against MSU, @ Purdue, @ Ohio State, vs. Indiana and @ MSU, they need to win games like Iowa.

I was just talking to a Bruins fan about this last night. It pisses me off that the Bruins look so good this year. They've obviously kept their desire to play hard and win. Ever since they won the Cup the effort is so inconsistent its not even funny. It's embarrassing. Every single Blackhawks besides Toews has taken games or stretches of games off and it sucks. Final SOG total from the 1st period is 22-4 Red Wings

I know we say stuff like this a lot but I don't think I've seen the Hawks play this lackadaisical all year. They look like they just woke up and are just trying to get through the game.
