Lu apparently hurt his wrist in the 1st quarter which is why he didn't play after that one 5 minute shift. He says he's fine and it was just precautionary, but he said he was fine after he originally injured the wrist.

Thibs really taking the 'not risking his players in an exhibition game' theory to a whole new level. Rose has played just 18 minutes, 11 minutes less than the next lowest starter, and less than a reserve. Deng has played just 5 minutes, the lowest amount of burn for any all star in the last 9 years except Kobe one year who got injured 3 minutes into the game and didn't return. 9 players have played more minutes tonight than Rose and Deng combined.

Wow, Purdue has now scored on 11 of the last 13 possessions. Gritty road performance. Gotta give them props, not a lot of teams could stop them the way they are shooting right now.

Purdue all the sudden refuses to be stopped on offense. Scored on 9 of the last 10 possessions, almost all of them long jump shots. 21-9 run after Michigan takes a brief lead. Reminds me a little of 2009 when Michigan needed a win over a ranked Purdue team late to pad its NCAA resume and won.

If Hardaway wasn't shooting 3's you would be winning. What's wrong with a 27% 3 point shooter taking 5.6 attempts per game? Purdue can't shoot in the second half so you're golden now. Since you've said that they've hit 3-4 mid-range or deeper shots in a row. I'm not angsty as usual about this game because UM doesn't need it except to hold onto a potential 3 seed, but it would be nice for Michigan football and basketball to both be undefeated at home this year.

It's gonna be really interesting to track Braun's performance this year now that he is (presumably) not cheating anymore. Also, if he ever tests positive on a test again, he's going to be one of the biggest villians in baseball. I sit eagerly waiting for this to happen. -

I used to work at Kinkos/FedEx and at least when I worked there, they had special delivery options for people sending medical related things such as blood or organs (yes they sometimes ship organs via FedEx) and those are obviously picked up and delivered immediately. It costs a fortune but its very reliable. I am assuming that urine samples can be sent via this option as well. -

Thanks for that but why post in the Theo/compensation thread? Also, are we sure the Cardinals, Brewers and Reds are even going to want to compete in the same division as us when they see our projected 3-4 of Byrd and LaHair? I'd be scared....real scared.

Wow, and now its 3-1. What a meltdown reminiscent of the 9 game losing streak.

And now Dallas takes the lead. Blackhawks in danger of losing their first game in regulation all season where they entered the 3rd with the lead. Stars have absolutely dominated the Hawks in the 3rd and it finally shows on the scoreboard.
