    the league doesn't want to see the Hawks win the cup again. I think at the very least they'd like to see us in the finals.

    Yeah I don't recall it Like I said we really haven't blown out a team all playoffs. The blowout against the Blues was tied going into the third. The first 2 games against Minnesota were tied and within a goal midway into the 3rd.

    It was only a matter of time before the Kings scored. They have been carrying play since the second hawks goal. Just get out of the period with the lead.

    It would be nice for this to be a nice, stress free 5 or 6-0 game. Haven't had a true laugher in this playoffs. Can't see it happening in game 7 of the west finals against the Kings but crazier things have happened

    That is the complete opposite of the sampling I've taken. Is it possible that they gave you a that answer because they know you are a Hawks fan? On reddit and hfboards the only person I saw that said they'd rather face the Kings said so because he lived in LA and wanted to catch a game in person.

    Went to a Rangers site to see who they'd rather face and the answer is pretty much unanimous: they want to play the Hawks. Surprised me a little bit. I expected the majority to say us but not 100%. Their reasoning is they think Crawford sucks, Quick is scary, they trust their D and Lundquist to stop our top guys, and they feel like the Rangers play fast skill teams like the Hawks a lot better. Interesting. Btw I think Quick is a bit overrated. He's better than average and at times can look stellar but not nearly elite save one playoff run. I also don't worry about the Hawks against any goalie in the league.

    So why is he a dope? That sounds pretty tame and inoffensive and mostly just the cliche stuff you would hear after a game like that. Wanted to post those quotes and couldn't think of a better caption to them and I'm starting to dislike him so...

    some of us have wives and children and aren't 21 years old and lonely. This too. Although if the Cubs made the series I would be on a week long bender and probably wouldn't see my wife and kid the entire series. This Stanley cup thing is old hat.

    The second time we beat Minnesota? I forgot that series happened and it was 2 weeks ago. How about Detroit? Exercised a lot of demons and sent them packing to the Eastern Conference

    Yes. This. Yeah I've had all the excitement I need from the playoffs so far. Nothing but Hawks blowouts the rest of the playoffs please. How many blowouts have we even had these playoffs? The closest thing we've had were Game 6 against St. Louis (tied going into the 3rd before we exploded) and games 1-2 against Minnesota (both tied or 1 goal games halfway through the third)
