Probably being too hard on Ghana though, they are going to get a point somewhere right?

    Silver has us at about 39% or so; I think that the chances are much higher than that. I'd be more surprised if we didn't. I feel like if we beat Ghana, 70%, if we draw Ghana, 25%, if we lose to Ghana, 3%

    because there's a zero percent chance he comes up chicago until late april next year. the longer he's crushing in iowa, the more obvious it is that we're just stalling him. so we pretend like these arbitrary amounts of time at each level matter/mean anything. he'll go to iowa after the all-star break, finish the season there, start next year at iowa again, and then come up as soon as he looks hot (which is all the time). This is the best answer. I hope Baez and Bryant come up together and Alcantara is already up here raking.

    Every time the Cubs get on some sort of roll they blow a game late and lose. In April they had won 3 of 4 and were about to beat Arizona when they blew a 5-0 ninth inning lead and lost. In May they won 3 in a row and were tied 3-3 against the Cardinals in the 9th before Molina hit a 2 run single to win it. In May the Cubs won 3 in a row and were beating the Yankees 2-0 in the 9th when the Yankees tied it and won it in extras. Now today the Cubs have won 3 in a row and had a 3-0 9th inning lead before coughing it up.

    I liked baseball better then. I hate admitting that.... Actually I liked the era between the steroid area and this current dead ball era, where not everyone was doping, but some guys still were. Less guilt enjoying that product. Why feel guilty? You weren't doping...or were you???? What do you expect from a Marlins fan? Cats out of the bag I guess. Whatever I'll embrace it.

    Sure would be awesome to seem them in the playoffs!!! I said I'd love to see the teams involved with the Marlins one of the 10 teams. I'm sorry which of these teams would you rather see in there: Reds, Cardinals, Dodgers, Mets, Phillies? The Padres, Pirates, Nats, DBacks, Rockies would be more ideal than Miami, but whatever, again one of 10 teams.
