    This is a tremendous waste of time, but then again so is everything on this message board, but wrapping yourself in ego and acting superior while talking down to others is either going to lead to you living alone and miserable or with another person who only tolerates it for some other benefit. You might want to work on that a little bit champ.

    Trying to guess who did and didn't abuse in an era rampant with steroids is an act of futility. It honestly shouldn't even be considered for players from that period

    Several days later and I'm still pretty annoyed the Cubs didn't pick up Finnegan on such a reasonable contract. Add him to this pen and I'm feeling pretty damn good about a 7th, 8th and 9th of Maton, Finnegan and Palencia.

    Even that wouldn't make much sense. Abrams is a downgrade from Nico. So your 2026 squad is worse and you just had to dump a bunch of prospects to do it, likely more than you get for Nico because Abrams is under control for 3 years while Nico is only one.

    No issues with this, he's solid. The Cubs still need another impact arm in the pen.

    As long as this doesn't stop them from adding another impact pen arm then that's fine. He's a solid if unspectacular fit for this pen.
