    I like that second lineup you have there. Let's see if the mostly incompetant GM of ours can get get that lineup together without doing anything really srupid.

    Let's hope the Astros somehow outbid us. They "need" Matsui more than us, and I think Ed Wade is a a little crazier/ dumber than Hendry, so hopefully the 'Stros can sign him instead.

    Lubanski would be nice, but I don't see him sticking on the roster all season. Pardon my ignorance, but when is the draft? Usually in December right?

    They just moved their closer to starter. Howry and Eyre may be gone after this season. If Wood is gone, I would be shocked if he didn't go out and get relief help. Happy, but shocked. Eyre will probably be gone after the season, but I can see Howry getting an extension if he has another good year. I wouldn't want mroe than a two year deal for him though.

    Watch Hendry come in at the last second and give him 4 yrs/ $45 mil, rather than give Wood 2 yrs/ $10 mil.
