Not too much. Don't know how long you've been gone, but basically the rumored deal is Gallagher+ another player (likely Murton). Pie would not be the other player, and the Cubs have denied Hill being in any talks and don't plan to include him in any. Yeah, only been gone a few hours. I've heard that, jsut wondering if it's any closer to getting done and apparantly not.
-
Oh dear God no
-
Alright, jsut back from classes. Give me the lowdown.
-
Sorry. But, me too. That picture might be the funniest thing I've seen on NSBB, and I've seen a lot of funny stuff. But, then again, I could just be delirious. No no no, you are right. It is pretty freakin hillarious.
-
you underestimate the meddling incompetence of peter angelos... Beat me to it. Angelos has a thing for Roberts. I don't see him agreeing to this unless someone persuades him a bit.
-
I thought we'd pick someone better with that pick. Something doesn't seem right. I sense a trade.
-
Scotty Niedermayer is returning to the Ducks!
-
Just woke up, what did I miss?
-
Agreed, but I'd like to hang onto Gallegher if possible. Welcome to the boards. I'd also like to hang onto Gallagher, but if we include him, is there a possibility of netting a prospect in return along with Roberts? Probably not.
-
Edit: He's not a lefty, so we don't have to worry about Jim signing him.

What the hell, are all the GMs going out to the bars or something? Will Fukudome's agent be fielding drunk dials? Its like that episode of The Office where they went to that convention....and every GM is Michael.
-
   I'm still laughing at this.
-
Cripes, not another painfully long and agonizing thread... What would you do as a moderator to shorten them? Institute a mandatory castration policy for people who are clearly padding their post count. 8-[

Nice

Actually, he said that there were internet reports that said he might make a decision tonight or tomorrow... Fine, be like that :P
-
Levine reported Fukudome is expected to make a decision tonight or in the early morning.
-
Levine says to keep your eyes on the Royals. He said they're keeping up talks over Teahen.
-
Are you in the future or is the radio off, because I read your post at the time Levine was saying it.
-
Levine is hating on all the ridiculous rumors
-
Levine "guarantees" Cedeno is part of the deal and is not sure of anyone else involved
-
Levine just made fun of Phillips for saying a trade involved Hill
-
I love Murton, but is he ever gonna get a chance to start on this team?
-
Good situation for Shelton. Hitters park and the Rangers are without a regular first baseman.
-
You're a little late to the party. That's been posted about 5 times now. Cut him some slack. Things are happening so quickly in this thread that he probably missed the other posts.
