    I wanted to say Krivsky, but I went with Wade beacause he has a worse track record. If Littlefield didn't get thrown out on the street, he easily would have had my vote.

    On what team he's playing for. He's already decided he's coming to the US. And I have a bad feeling as well. Though Hendry said he won't be outbid for him, and he said the same thing about Soriano.

    It wasn't? I guess because it is a one year deal...but doesn't seem worth it for a catcher who can't throw anyone out and whose OBP and SLG leave much to be desired. I think the fact that it's one year makes it ok. But yeah, $4.25 mil for an aging past his prime catcher is a bit over the top.

    San Diego must be pretty confident that he wants to play for them next year. Otherwise, Towers has a very strange negotiation strategy by making the lowest offer and then pressure the guy to make a decision as soon as possible. Yeah, not very smart on his part.
