Yeah, I saw video of him nailing a runner on his way to first. He has an Ichiro-like arm. He's got above average speed, could steal 20 or so bases a season I hear.

That depends on the "+". I doubt they want Prior as the centerpiece of a trade for Matsui, especially with their issues with their own Prior (Pavano).

Anyone have PECOTA projections to help end this discussion? Riot might have put up better MLB numbers, but Cedeno is younger and has a much much higher ceiling. -
