not that i'm going to pretend to have been in support of having Ibanez because I'm not but damn he's raking I'll admit I would have taken MB over Ibanez, but I would have taken Abreu and Dunn over MB. Honestly, just keeping DeRosa and Hoffpauir would have been OK. I wouldn't have gone with Abreu, but Dunn probably, even with his defense.

Dangerous strategy, if said player is having a mediocre season (like Holliday is, though he is turning it around somewhat) you can lose a lot on the initial investment.
