    I gotta say, theres nothing that guarantee the Cubs a scoreless inning more than a lead off double I wish I could swear we strand more lead off doubles than anyone else in the league but I'm sure we're aroudn teh middle of the pack or something

    I gotta say to a guy whos a casual NBA fan, Chris Anderson is a pretty entertaining player, he obviously gives 100% and is pretty exciting out there. Plus he looks hilarious Also to someone rooting against both the Cavaliers and the Lakers, the last two nights have been awesome. Essentially counterbalancing the bad karma of the Cubs games.

    I forgot that Lou wanted to give Fukudome more rest this year and now it makes more sense but Johnson in the three hole For chrissakes

    Yeah but Reed Johnson is gonna ground out three times and pop up to center once in the three hole So yeah I do blame him

    That is quite possibly teh worst move he could have made 2 days ago Fukudome had 3 walks and a hit He's a lefty so it makes no sense to bench him against a righty...it boggles the mind the only way to make sense of it is to consider that Lou has hated Fukudome for quite some time and has a bizarre fascination with Reed Johnson Welp, time for us to get shut out again

    They're talking about him only being to finally start basic rehabbing baseball-wise by mid-June, not actually being ready to play. I'm not expecting him back until August. Lordy.. maybe we should make a trade after all this is pretty bad

    another thing the 2004 team had huge problems doing that this team also has, so many runner were left on base you know who else left runners on base? the 2008 cubs curiously the best offensive teams in history also leave runners on base I WONDER WHY there is a big difference in leaving runners on when you keep putting up big numbers and when you cant get runners home RISP 2008 Cubs .278 2004 Cubs .266 you do realize those numbers are almost identical right

    he really hasnt had the opportunity. If theres a close play that we get the wrong end of the call on, then yeah, he can throw a tantrum, but its just been bad offense. He cant go kick dirt on the ump over a routine pop out or grounder. i'm not talking about bad calls, i'm talking about him expressing that the way the cubs are playing right now is not acceptable. burning down the locker room should get that message acros. lol

    can't say miles stole the money we willingly gave it to hiim and he's doing exactly what I expected him to do its just another in a line of "Give blanco a few million here, give neifi a million there, give aaron miles a few million here" moves that Hendry does just to anger us

    yo i dont even care if we keep losing, I just want to see some scoring, at the very least to get Fukudome some stats for my fantasy team like losing 7-6 every night would at least be exciting you know, this is just dreadful

    Did his bat just slow down? I mean what's the deal with him? I think he was on the juice myself. I think the wrist injury combined with his age is a better answer than any nebulous "he was on steroids" reason

    Actually I'm serious about Miles I'll pay the rest of his contract myself dude. If I ran into Miles on the street I would plead with him to retire for the sake of my team he's that bad He's worse than Neifi dude

    Yeah that's absurd. Win a Ring or 4 then we can talk. I was saying it with a touch of sarcasm, I'm as frustrated as the next guy with how much attention the guy gets that was one of the most ridiculous shots i've ever seen though, and was preferable to watch that game than the currents Cobs screw up

Doesn't matter, the people demanding Lee's head and placing Hoffpaiur on a pedestal deserve this game now benching Milton Bradley was a poor choice Just so you know, Hoff has gotten TWO, 2, at bats since last Saturday, if you think that doesnt matter, you should not be commenting on baseball Thats right, Hoffpaiur's secret ninja powers can only be unleashed if he's allowed a minimum of 5 at bats every day while he still had a low walk rate in the minors and swings for the fences every time he's at bat He's a nice roleplayer, he provides a lot of pop, but saviour I doubt very much Thanks for the commentary forums user chasinf5's
