Someone on twitter said Javy Baez has hit more extra base hits in those 3 at bats than Starlin has hit in the last 22 games he's played, which I don't have the energy to check but my gut says is true

Zobrist was like the only bat I was marginally excited for the Cubs to get and now they'll miss out on him Ah well -
I don't know what a "Flande" is, but I guess I also don't really know what a "Dallas Beeler" is either, so this'll be interesting I hope the ball keeps rolling

The Blue Jays are now my 2nd team for being so ballsy and saying "[expletive] it, we can't pitch but we can score, so lets just score as much as possible" in a league where YOU CAN'T SCORE! its amazing, they're purposefully flying in the face of history, they have to be supported like Icarus' doomed flight -
I don't know if DFA'ing Soriano would be a good baseball move, but it *would* make me feel better, and temporarily sate frustrated feelings about this team. I also couldn't care less about 4 million dollars, if the smart baseball move costs you 4 million dollars, burn it in a dumpster in front of Wrigley like some sort of pagan ritual
