13 seed seem about right for them? I don't know, looking at their resume, I think they could be ahead of anyone else at the bottom of the S-Curve. They have a couple of good wins (@UTEP, Utah St 2x) and only a couple of bad losses.

They're the 3rd team out now according to Lunardi. Really bad situation for them. It's not cool if VaTech gets in and they don't, IMO.

If you're going to move Tennessee to a 5 and Georgetown to a 4, here would be my proposal. URI is out and so are the others that are done (begrudgingly for me in Seton Hall's case).

What is Vermont's resume looking like? Is it different enough that they'd be in a different spot on our curve? Good God, they played two top 100 teams. Lost vs Cornell and beat Fairfield at home. Their second best win OOC was at Rutgers. They did sweep Boston U.

I just moved UTEP down several spots on my list of 28 and squeezed Minnesota out - but the Gophers can jump back into my list if they beat Purdue later.

Houston is 18-15. Good wins: UTEP 2x, Memphis 2x. No good OOC wins, didn't play anyone in RPI top 60 OOC. Maybe they should be lower than above Oakland.

That looks fine to me. Their resume looks bad but C-USA is well better than any of the leagues at the bottom.
