Notre Dame can get its dancing shoes ready, beating Marquette on the road in OT to finish 10-8 in the Big East. The game went into OT on a buzzer-beating triple by Carleton Scott to end regulation. To think, a month ago I looked at our last five games (@L'ville, Pitt, @G'Town, UConn, @Marquette) and saw no wins. Instead these Irish go 4-1, would've gone 5-0 if the refs hadn't allowed Samardo Samuels to foul out every single one of our forwards. Harangody played sparingly, scored 5 points. ND is probably in no matter what happens in NYC now, though a win against the 10 seed in round 2 would lock it up for certain. Great win for L'Ville too against the Cuse to take away any pretense of being on the bubble. The Big East looks good for 8 teams in the tourney.
