If you're going to move Tennessee to a 5 and Georgetown to a 4, here would be my proposal. I switched Butler and Tennessee's pods to maintain bracketing rules, then moved Georgetown to where Tennessee was, dropped Tennessee to Georgetown's old spot, and switched Maryland and Temple just because it would be odd to have a Georgetown/Maryland all-DC-area matchup take place in Spokane (that's totally up to the rest of you as to whether you care or not). --------------------------------------
