After taking about 12 hours to soak everything in, here's what I'm most annoyed about: - After the Celtics started getting back into the game after being down 11, Del Negro didn't call a TO to stop the bleeding until the game was already back within 2. VDN really needs to attend some sort of time out strategy seminar over the summer or something. - Where the [expletive] was Tyrus Thomas in the second half and OT, after Boston finally figured out how to counter the small lineup with constant dribble-drives? - Why in the world was Hinrich guarding Marbury in the OT, while Pierce was putting on a clinic on Salmons and Rose couldn't keep up with Rondo? Also, with Marbury AND Tony Allen on the floor simultaneously, why are you even guarding them? - There is no doubt that by the book, Rondo's foul on Miller was a flagrant. He even admitted as such after the game. He wasn't going for the ball, not even close. If the best argument against a flagrant is that "you don't call that at the end of the game, because you can't let officiating decide the game", well my response is this: Not calling a flagrant there did decide the game with officiating.
