  1. 4 losses in the MAAC? GOOD ENOUGH.
  2. New Mexico, though...
  3. So maybe we weren't off by much on Memphis. St. Louis was about right, though.
  4. They are on the S-curve at 47, but I don't think they are on the bracket. I think they should be playing 5 seed Creighton in the Midwest region, as he has them playing 12a/12b winner, but also has 12a playing 12d. Either a very busy weekend for Miami or bukie made a very rare mistake. I FIXED IT.
  5. It'll be Ohio State, just for spite. Seems pretty clear they're protecting Kentucky from a road game against KU or Mizzou, now it's just a question of which one. UNC is the one in St. Louis. I have a feeling they won't give UNC a potential road game, so I figure OSU is the #2 seed in the Midwest.
  6. So far, ND is the only team more than a seed off in our bracket.
  7. They're there now, I forgot to put them back in after swapping in St. Bonaventure in the bracket.
  8. Haha, we got the play-in matchup right too.
  9. It'll be Ohio State, just for spite.
  10. I want that NIT bid, I want it badly. This year sucks.
  11. Hey, we got the #1 seeds right and in the right order and the right regions.
  12. Look, maybe the national committee will look more favorably on Purdue than a bunch of midwest Big Ten fans...
  13. "Ok, just sit on Tom's lap and smile constantly for two minutes during the interview. No, it won't look creepy at all, really."
  14. I haven't been paying close attention for the past couple weeks, but how in the world are all the teams in the Central in playoff contention?!
  15. FWIW, the NSBB bracket: http://i.imgur.com/b809n.png Last five out: Drexel, Seton Hall, Northwestern, Tennessee, Mississippi State
  16. Michigan State wins: http://i.imgur.com/b809n.png S-Curve:
  17. FWIW, Lunardi is consistently near the bottom when it comes to scoring brackets for correct teams and for seed placement. Who actually is good usually? Palm I feel like has a good rep, but he inexplicably has Northwestern in the field right now. Glockner is a guy I like but I have no idea how his brackets tend to stack up. Palm is one of the few "stats guys" that swears by RPI and nothing else.
  18. I'd agree completely if the B1G championship wasn't between those two teams. Since it is, and Kansas lost before the finals, the resumes were overall close enough to me to bump them. Either way, they'd be out west with the B1G champ, so it doesn't matter a whole lot in the long run.
  19. They have an RPI of 41. That's all I can see.
  20. Gave the last 4 to Louisville. I'm slightly adjusting the S-Curve based on today's results:
  21. A new bracket: http://i.imgur.com/X4GoN.png Any rematches? Other than that, I think it's legit.
  22. Xavier! *shakes fist*
  23. Here's a bracket that assumes Xavier comes back: http://i.imgur.com/jU0qR.png
  24. They're just caught up in a really top-heavy year of college basketball. There are going to likely be three other 30 game winners in the one-seed line, and then it's just arguing between Mizzou/Kansas/Ohio State/Michigan State as to who's the best option as the fourth #1.
  25. Also, lot of huge Xavier fans today, as they trail in the second half by 13.
