You will need to download the free Windows Media Encoder software and setup the encoding task. Somewhere in the options you can choose the internal port number and you will need to remember this port. I have my encoding task scheduled to start encoding automatically at 8am M-F. From there, you will need to login to your router settings and find the "Virtual Server" option. You will need to enter your internal IP address for the PC that you're streaming from, and then the private port is the one that you chose to stream to in Windows Media Encoder. For the public port, you will probably want to choose 80, since that is rarely blocked. Once you have that setup and running, you can open the URL in Windows Media Player (using your external IP this time), for example "http:\\xx.xx.xxx.xx:80".
