I fell asleep. I had a long day at work. The last play I saw was Flynn throwing a pick for a t.d. I wasn't sure why he was in there b/c I had just woken up. When I saw that I just went back to sleep.

Sadly for the Tigers, there's a decent chance that they'll be passed up for the BCS bowl. It's now an LSU/O$U/Oregon derby for the 2nd at-large. I honestly don't know which one I'd give it to (between the Tigers and Buckeyes).

 

VT's going to the Gator Bowl. They don't deserve a BCS berth by any means, sucking as bad as they did in their two biggest games.

They say LSU might come to the Independence Bowl. If that's true it's good news for the I-Bowl. Those tickets will not be easy to come by.

Apparently (I didn't know this before tonight), the Top 6 in the BCS standings get automatic berths, meaning LSU/VT losses likely pushes ND and OSU into those spots, thus removing any doubt about their participation in the Fiesta.

 

And yes, I think it's lame that Penn State will be playing the Seminoles. Especially if the Lions lose :shock:

Orange: PSU vs. FSU

Sugar: WVa vs. Georgia

Not going to happen likely. I mean it could, if somehow the Sugar gets PSU vs. Georgia, but it's unlikely that the Orange (which picks before the Sugar) would take WVa over PSU. Not a chance.

The celebration rules this year are just terrible. They are WAY oversensitive to it. I saw a game where a guy dove into the endzone, maybe because he thought he had to (maybe not), but got flagged.
