The pass interference no calls were painful to watch.  I don't think Illinois wins that game regardless, but there were a couple in the end zone and the early interception was absolutely a result of an early jersey tug by the OSU defender.

Per the ESPN article this raises his buyout to $15 M.

Would have been $10 M on DEC 1.

Hopefully that keeps Penn St. away considering they still owe Franklin around ( $40 M ? ) but as mentioned above if both really want to ...
