That was just really stupid. Slider on the outside of the zone is your bread and butter to smack into to RF, Nico. Really if you had let it get deep and knocked a dribbler down the line we get 3 runs.

Hoerner a funny hitter..

He can do all the right things when it comes to basic hitting but it just feels like whenever an opportunity comes to get a hit in situations like the one he had, he'll make a weak out.

Just frustrating 😑

Hoerner is 3rd in Baseball when hitting with risp. He doesn’t make weak contract all the time.

Is it blowing out?  I think it is a crosswind and in a little when hit to right. Not really a factor.
