I can’t wait for All-Star voting to open so I can cram the ballots for Suzuki and PCA.

Cubs since 2016 haven’t got very good voting results. Fans have been upset about inconsistent performances from the team. So even deserving players didn’t get great backing. I wonder how much that changes this year?

That was awesome.  At 3-1 count with 0 outs and runners in 1st and 2nd I totally expected Seiya to take the pitch given that he tends to be more passive that most in those situations.  Instead he hit on 116 mph for a 3 run HR.

If they keep up this pace, it will change. They are having the kind of output that can’t be ignored, even on a national level.

Tucker and PCA will pull votes from out-of-towners. Like Derwood said, Suzuki is flying under the radar despite the blistering pace he’s on. Hopefully, we see all three in Atlanta.

Feels like Keller is pitching every other day

He is firmly established in the circle of trust.

Been a fan since late 70s, can't remember a cubs team that put up runs like this team has been doing consistently the first 2 months of season,  with multiple guys contributing.

Who would of thought after 50 games in that PCA and Zuki would have close to 50 RBI each and leading the league 😅

I think PCA and Tucker have hype that goes beyond Cubs fandom.  Seiya will be very tough to be voted in because he'll be listed as a DH along with Ohtani (I think).  Dansby will have a very tough time with Perdomo, Lindor, Abrams, and Turner as options.

I'm betting PCA and Tucker (not Turner) get voted in, Seiya as a reserve and maybe Dansby as well.  Can't see any pitchers making it.  Maybe with Carson Kelly getting extra playing time with Amayas injury, if he gets hot again he can make it.

Edit: Also forgot Betts is a SS now too, another likely option to make it

Alot, I think with the way they've been hitting as a team and with Tucker who is known and PCA who is becoming a star, they're getting recognized nationally now.

This is a hilarious oversight on your part. 😆

Dude I've been almost saying Turner instead of Tucker all season but think I've caught it every single time until now lol

A chance to become the first Cub catcher with a 3 homer game since Dioner Navarro

In the Crosstown Classic, I believe.

Who cares who the fans vote to the ASG.

As far as the actual game it’s meaningless. However, it’s nice as a fan to see the guys who deserve the recognition get it.
