I know. At least with the Hawks there is something brewing. The Bulls are content to be strapped to the treadmill of mediocrity, gladly accepting playoffs adjacent games.

I could be wrong but I thought maybe the 20-21 season for the NHL started late due to the bubble playoffs the prior season. I think the Hawks played some regular season games in May of 21. But you point still stands. Very pathetic of both teams
