Dusty Bad Managerial Moves Thread

At this point, I'm pretty lividwith the whole Ryan Dempster thing.

 

At what point did Dempster earn the right to start for this team?

 

Certainly not from his horrid career numbers.

 

Not from his past few seasons.

 

Not from Spring Training.

 

 

 

 

And yet Dusty annoints him starter just because he had a good season a few years ago. I'm honestly pissed off wathcing this awful game (4/6). Anyone who said they didn't see this coming after watching Dempster this spring is either lying or oblivious.

I'm with you here. I would have perfered that Rusch or Mitre would get the job becuase that Mitre had a nice spring out of those 3, and that Rusch had a nice season from last year for us in emergency starts. I would have spot-start every now and then.

 

As for Dempster, he needs to be released, immediately. Not 5 minutes later, not 5 days later. N - O - W.

Totally ridiculous. Everyone except Dusty could see that Dempster was cooked, yet let him hit in a what could have been a big situation. With the off day tomorrow, why not bust Dempster and go to the pen?
