Does the crowd have to give Dansby a standing ovation next time he comes up or something. horsefeathers.

Everybody loves him and I'm not quite sure why. Well, I kinda know why

Has anyone asked him why he constructs his lineups so that he repeatedly neutralizes his best hitter?

You know it’s bad when I’m questioning whether the runners should have advanced to 2nd and 3rd on the passed ball. Everyone in the stadium knew what was going to happen after that.

That would probably be the last question he ever took from that reporter.

It’s probably that stupid 16th most offensive fWAR in baseball thing.

Beat reporters don't ask hard questions

Every horsefeathers time in a big spot.

Like I said,  no matter where he hits, his spot will come up with guys on base because they'll pitch around the better/hotter hitters in front of him.

Bellinger hasn't seen a strike in two at-bats. Might as well leave his bat in the dugout

If Suzuki were hitting in front of Swanson,  he wouldn't see a strike either.

GOTTA BREAK UP THE BAD HITTERS WITH GOOD ONES AMIRITE

When you only have 2-3 guys hitting,  yes..

Otherwise you got 6-7 guys doing little to nothing all hitting in a row

Disagree. No one is going to walk 2 straight hitters to get to Swanson. 1 when you have an open base of course. But you’re either pitching to Bellinger or your pitching to Seiya

Kyle at 81 pitches and has gotten hit hard the first 3 batters of the inning. If this is being treated like a playoff game someone should be ready to come in

Instead, we get 1 or 2 people on and then have a bad hitter end the inning over and over and over

You do realize a different lineup to start the game would have had a totally different scenario then what we've seen..

Different pitches called, different outcomes for each hitters

Is the bullpen still quiet? Is Ross going to let 3-4 runs score before he does anything?

I get it, everyone is gassed. But kyle isn’t fooling anyone and he looks like he has nothing left
