Getting this started early. Sucks that this series isn't a Wrigley but will be interesting to see Rizzo playing the Cubs. Definitely seems like a guy that will tee off on his former team but we'll see.

That inning ended with only 2 hitters coming to the plate. Not sure I've ever seen that before

gonna be disappointed if the cubs don’t lose because the pitcher has to bat because the cubs ran out of position players after ross pinch ran villar, who was immediately doubled off, and then didn’t stay in the game.

Cubs fall to 4-21 all time against the Yankees. 4-13 in inter league play, 0-8 in playoffs

We had that game in Atl where Wisdom hit a 2 run dong after Willson had a double, so 3 runs in 1 inning.

 

Then the next time vs Ari we gave up 3 then scored 2 to lose by 1.

 

Then we scored 2 in the 10th vs the White Sox, only to give up 2. Scored 1 in the 11, only to give up 1. Then lost in 12.

 

Next one we won on a walk off sac fly by Morel vs Milwaukee

 

Next we gave up 4 vs St Louis and responded with 1.

 

Then Sunday night we played extra vs St L again and neither scored in the 10th and StL scored 2 in the 11th to win it.

 

So outside the last 2 we’ve been scoring for the most part. The main issue is 4 of 7 of the extra inning games have been played because we blew late leads. The other 3 games had already been tied multiple innings.
