Good. I want to win at least one of these 2 national TV games (if not both!) since the last one we played in (i think) we got blown out.

NBA TV count? Because I think the Knicks was the last one IIRC

Nah, I'm talking ESPN/ABC/TNT mostly.

I guess I haven't paid close enough attention the semantics. Kyrie Irving can't play in New York because of the vaccine requirement, but why can he play in Chicago? We have the same requirement. Or does the Chicago requirement not cover the players and just people with tickets and the New York one covers absolutely everybody coming in the arena?

Exactly. Vaccine requirement doesn’t apply to performers in Chicago. The Nets could also pay a $98,000 fine to let Kyrie play the rest of the home games in New York which they will probably do as the season drags on.

ouch, demar needs to let the reign loose and let zach initiate in the halfcourt more

And this defense wo caruso is dire

Think it’s something like 25th in defensive efficiency over the last 12 games. Really need Caruso and Green back but I’m not sure if that solves the issues on its own

Ugh. National fans get 2 chances to see how good the Bulls they keep hearing about see and they see 2 blowouts

Yeah I watched last night for the first time. Unfortunate but I still enjoyed seeing them. Not sure I'll make Friday. Plus you forgot the Grizzlies game Monday.

That was a rough 3rd quarter last night. It's like the Bulls panicked when they realized their defense wasn't holding and they weren't going to be able to outscore them. Need to get healthy and add a defensive minded big as well.

Not the end of the world but definitely looked outclassed in the second half last night.

Think the Nets are just relentless offensively. They keep up with you even when you are playing and shooting well. Then you go on a cold spell and they keep on scoring and you start to force things. Next thing you know you’re down 20.

Also the Bulls have had a trend really of bad 3rd quarters this year (though ironically it was the opposite against Detroit)

I think Vuc limits their ceiling. He just can't guard anyone, so if he's not making shots, he's useless.

Funny you say that because I saw this tweet today:

Very cherry picked so it doesn't refute your point but I don't think he's been as bad as many think.

He hasn't.

well, wasn't expecting those numbers. Guess I was wrong.

I've been railing on Vuc a lot just from looking at stats and not actually watching the games. His 2 pt% this year is seriously dismal. Last night was also for me the first bit of live Bulls ball I had seen this season. And I have to say it was driving me mad watching this dude take the pass in the key and go up with a weak-ass one-hander while maybe getting 2 inches off the floor. I've seen a lot of Bulls fans complain that he attempts too many lay-ups and lacks aggressiveness down there and that's exactly how I felt also. He has 7 dunks all season. I imagine for 7 footers that have played 1000+ minutes that's gotta be near the bottom of the league.

yeah he has missed an absurd amount of bunnies

He was really bad with that early in the season but then got a lot better for a while. Lately he's been back to being bad.

Is Andrew Wiggins a legitimate All-Star? His numbers don't seem to support that but he's a starter per the votes as of today.

I guess? I haven't watched him a ton but I keep reading that he's improved his game especially and is sort of a glue guy for the team. I'm sure there are multiple better options in the West (KAT, Gobert, Ayton, etc) but I don't think he'd be a completely ridiculous selection.
