Sounds like Ross only yanked Javy because he lost track of the outs which makes me dislike him even more.

 

If it was a pattern of behavior that would be different but this seems like Ross overreacting to one mistake when the team is struggling.

As Derwood said, there's video of Javy not bothering to take a lead off first on the first pitch of Rizzo's at-bat, either, so it seems like his head just wasn't in it for that whole sequence. I do agree that it is probably more about the team sucking ass right now than about the mistake itself, though.
