I remember in 2016, Max Scherzer came to Wrigley and the Ben Zobrist hit 2 homers off him by like the 4th inning. Now, if the opponent’s best SP takes the mound, you know the Cubs won’t even score a run. It’s sad.

They could very well make the playoffs or the make the play-in again; but we know who these guys are and what we can expect if that pitcher is pumping gas and staying up in the zone.
