I’m probably the only Pacers fan here.

I’m glad they brought back the whole team. I’m really curious to see what they can do with any health at all. They didn’t have Brogdon, Sabonis, Oladipo and Warren all on the court at any single time last year.

I think 3rd in the East is a realistic goal, but blowouts of the Bulls and Knicks don’t tell us much yet.

I am a Pacer fan as well. Wasn't sure I wanted to post on the Bulls thread :) I agree with most of your thoughts, although I want to see the team for a few games first. But the new Nate potentially modernizing the offense is going to be really helpful. Playing more aggressively on defense and letting Myles clean up any mistakes on that end is a good strategy as well.

Basically, my thoughts are that this Pacers team has a lot of ifs to it, but if most of the ifs are answered correctly their upside is higher than most people realize.

Man the schedule gets ridiculously rough from here for awhile. 9 of next 10 on the road, 7 of the 10 against 2020 playoff teams

9 of 10 on the road? How did the Bulls get the old Circus trip in the year of Covid?

I'm assuming most teams have one of those, it makes sense to have long stretches of home and road games this year.

They’re trying to minimize travel so I think expanded road trips and keep teams in a regional area more. Like they’re at Washington back to back in the stretch, then don’t go back for the year. Play all the California teams and Blazers when they’re out west too and don’t go back.

Post away guys. Our team isn’t really providing us with much to talk about. At least positive things to talk about

Even me?

someone from chicago who grew up in the 90s picking the celtics over the bulls as their team to root for has got to say something about them.

it's actually really similar to becoming a cubs fan as a south sider in the 90s lol
