Every player on this team is afraid. They’re scared they’re going to screw up, they’re waiting for something to go wrong, wondering how they’re going to lose. It’s pretty amazing that Maddon somehow let this culture develop three years removed from a championship but he is the problem. And he has to go. Edited by Schwarber Fan

No, it’s why you don’t load the bases. The Moran at bat was the issue.

 

You still don’t put the winning run on base. Why make it so a double loses you the game?
