Yeah having that game on the list at all is inexcusable. Having it at #2 is ridiculous.

For those that have DirecTV outside of the viewing area, will we be able to see the network for non-game content like the other RSN in the sports pack?

 

My TV is still showing that I need to subscribe.

 

Could be a good reason to reduce my bill as I don't give a crap about the other coverage on NBC Sports Chicago.

Anyone have DirecTV? It is supposed to be on channel 664 but, I can't even get that channel to show up in my guide.

 

I don't see it either. I believe the network doesn't go live until noon though, so it'll likely show up then.

 

Showing up for me now, looks like it launches at 1 pm though, not noon.

 

My parents have DirecTV and still can't get the channel. Do they need to change packages potentially? What package do you have that is getting the channel? Thanks

I'm still not getting the channel after numerous calls to DirecTV. They tell me I have the correct package but it is still not letting me watch. Very frustrating.

What DirecTV package do you have? I have Choice, DirecTV tells me that Marquee is included in the Choice package, but I get a message like I need to pay for it. DirecTV is telling me the problem is on Marquee's end.

Is it normal for a network like this to launch with such little programming? Seems like they have 3-4 shows produced and they are showing them again and again along with the Cubs game that day which is shown 3 times.

 

Tomorrow night they have a college basketball game (Dayton vs. George Mason) so I guess they have some agreements to show alternate programming.

that vast majority of stations just run freaking infomercials half the time.

 

A Cubs network was always going to be lacking for worthwhile programming. Comcast Sports Chicago barely put together a lineup with all sports coverage.

I mean I wouldn't look at the current status of it as anything more than a soft launch anyway, but I wasn't expecting much more than this. once we're into the real games it should feel more complete.
