well we were right it's just that theo decided to give away most of the good ones

Surely the Reds will take him. He either continues to be terrible or he becomes what he once was. Either of those outcomes would be good for them.

That’s like the worst place for him to go with the ballpark and their inability to develop/work on any pitching. I’m pretty shocked he didn’t end up on one of the West Coast teams with a bigger park (which is like all of them).

I think that's how revocable waivers work.
