You have got to protest the game.

I'd still protest the game and get that ref shitcanned

Did the Bears just drive down the field in OT and score a TD without the benefit of a single pass completion?

not elite run game

202 rushing yards and 84 passing yards

ELITE

I know they still won, but I'm still mad about Cohen getting robbed of an all-time great winning play.

Yeah that was horse poo-doo

That was one of the most spectacular runs I've seen in my entire life. He made three or four guys look like Junior tackle players on that run.

This will be the unexpectedly fluke win to keep Glennon in there until the bye week, and make ownership think the team is closer than it really is.

I'm taking full credit for that.

i know i'm responding to a not all that serious post here, but yeah...ownership/management thinking the team is close should be all the more reason to bench him

but while they might publicly try to spin this game as a positive for glennon, there's no way they actually think that. the playcalling shows it.

Nice call on the win but this game isn't fooling anyone on Glennon and the team is closer than you think it is. I still say it's an 8-8 team once you put Mitch in there. They held a real good offense to 17 points even with the offense turning it over twice, got some sacks and could've had a number of picks today that hopefully they'll start holding onto.

Then anyone who wants to argue that the running game isn't awesome...welp...go right ahead. Charging the field for a win without the threat of a pass was real impressive. And I'll say it again, you can't evaluate this receiving corps yet. Unless you've got the all-22 I don't know how anyone can make any definitive statement about whether the TEs and WRs are getting open. This chickenhorsefeathers at QB can see past his RBs in the passing game. So of course it's everyone's own perogstive to go on hammering the team and offense, but I think you're all wrong and Mitch is going to elevate this team and this offense to respectability. Hopefully this week. 8-8

LiKe David said, I have to think this game is the best-case scenario, and there was no fluke about it. The team would have win by 35 points with Brian Hoyer at QB.

Glennon's ineptitude simply makes the urgency to start anyone else that much stronger.

I know I've seen more than a few clips of Glennon panicking, freezing, and taking unnecessary sacks with guys open.

Yeah, I don't know how anyone in their right mind can even remotely justify continuing to support and Glennon as the starter for this team.

I mean, you can't really continue to grind the piss out of Cohen and Howard. It's unethical and unfair to them. You have to get them help, you have to play Mitch.
