OK, so this is my theory: Justin Wilson has been SO terrible that the FO is leaning towards leaving him off of the playoff roster, so they want Montgomery sliding back in as the main lefty out of the bullpen, which means we get a dude making his rookie debut tonight with only a 2 [expletive] game lead in the division.

Well, at least you cain't say that the 2017 Cubs don't make things interesting. Hopefully we see basically the same lineup again that we should be seeing as much as [expletive] possible.
