I'm not watching, but I'd believe it considering that Quintana's only peer in command is Lester. Not as easy to frame when the ball can be diving all over the place like it does with Montgomery, Butler, and Arrieta. It's also hard to frame pitches that are smoked off the wall(Lackey).

Jones kinda had a chance to catch it so with 0 outs he was waiting on 2nd to tag if it was caught. It bounced off the wall and Jones got it in quick

Eh....he's had a lot of short outings this year, but from 2014 until now he's 9th in baseball in innings pitched. We'll let Jake do the Harden impression, Quintana can just be a Lester clone.
