All you'd have to do is make it for charity. No chance the winner would stop hitting if you did that. They used to have the special baseballs when the player got to 9 outs and every home run hit was worth a specific amount that the sponsor would donate to charity. Easy solution and everyone is happy.

 

EDIT: To go a step further. In the final, just say every extra homer the winner hits, the charity gets a specific amount. That way you're donating even if the person who goes first in the final wins (like Stanton last year).
