Definitely a bit over dramatic but it's funny how last year a 3-0 deficit to the Reds would be like "oh well how many innings will it take us to come back" and this year it's like "hmm ok anything else on tonight?"

heyward and zobrist haven't been great, but we really need them back in the lineup over these fringe iowa idiots who look completely overwhelmed

I mean the Reds have the better lineup tonight and a pitcher that would have the 2nd lowest ERA in our rotation, so maybe this isn't surprising. It is quite depressing, however.

isn't this the opposite of how this is used in the movie? i haven't seen it in years, but i thought this happened when the team was on a hot streak, and they weren't buying it

I thought the one guy was talking up the Indians spring training and the other one says they're still shitty. I could be wrong though it's been awhile for me too.
