If neither Rondon or Davis are actually broken then the bullpen has preposterous depth. Justin Grimm ran a 3.28 FIP with a great K rate last year and he's legit 6th in the pecking order. And 7th is Montgomery who belongs in a MLB rotation.

Imagine if heyward isn't broken, either, lmao

don't worry, he's still broken

Montgomery being the pitcher makes this gap less than normal, but I continue to hate the 'long reliever throwing in the 9th or later on the road' as a matter of principle.

It's pretty awesome when we can get annoyed that the guy who closed Game 7 of the World Series is pitching.

Is the CSN feed cutting out every now and then for everybody? Watching on DIRECTV.

I'm watching on Xfinity and yes, it is.

I'm probably a wee bit of a hypocrite for campaigning for Montgomery to start every 5th/6th day while showing disdain for him entering a tie game, but to be fair to me I hate losing extra inning games a lot.

So they used their closer for one batter?

Clint Hurdle might be the next best manager in the division. Don't think about that for more than 5 seconds or blood will shoot out your ears.

it really is scary how bad the managers are in this division
