I'm not making this into an actual poll because there's obviously way too many potential answers, but I also didn't want to clutter the TV thread with it, so this seems like the best option.

io9,com had an article asking this question last night and I thought it was a fun one.

My initial thought is that Heroes is probably my answer, but I need to give it some more thought. It's tough because a lot of the answers I want to give are ones where I skipped the last season or so...

total divas.

as far as scripted, there's probably other shows i've seen every episode of that i can't think of right now, but off the top of my head i'd have to say the office. at its peak (seasons 2-5?) it was as good as any comedy ever, but it fell off hard and was pretty terrible for a few seasons. but i stuck with it the whole time.

walking dead would have been the correct answer if i hadn't quit watching after this season's premiere.

EDIT: also thought of another one. i've seen every episode of eastbound and down, and while i don't hate it, i can't say that i loved it and that i have any desire to watch it again.

Great question. I'd have to say the Power Rangers. My nephew loved that stupid show. Or "The Love Boat," that was one of my older sisters favorites.

If the question were "shows that you watched all episodes of your own free will..." that's a tough one. I thought about answering "The A-Team," but then remembered that the A-Team was freaking awesome, so scratch that. I'd have to say Heroes? Maybe scandal (until I stopped watching this season)? Both started out interesting, but turned awfully terrible.

if we can play fast and loose with the concept of "every" then I'd say scandal. my wife netflixed it and I have seen a lot of it, but she'd watch without me when I had softball or something and when I'd get back up I could tell I didn't miss a thing and it was just god awful terribleness.

we also watched quite bit of melrose place in college

Camelot. It was a one season Starz show with Ralph Fiennes and Eva Green in it. It had quite literally the worst casting decision I've ever seen with the guy they cast to play Arthur. Bad actor that didn't look the part at all and had absolutely zero charisma. A textbook example of how critical proper casting can be because it was canceled after one season due to viewers' rejection of that actor. Only binged and finished it because I was sick and couldn't move from bed.

How I Met Your Mother

I don't know if I've seen every last episode, but if we're fudging that part then Friends would be alongside it.

I probably have watched worse shows all the way through, there was a time where HIMYM was actually pretty decent early on but the last few seasons I was just hate watching.

I can't even figure out which is the worst show I've watched all the way through. I've seen every episode of Designated Survivor so far and I think its a pretty bad show but its only in the first season. I probably watched every episode of Full House when I was a kid.

Friday Night Lights

You watch quality TV then

Well, I don't usually watch every episode of shows that suck out loud.

I'm of course not counting reality tv and the countless hours I spent in the late 90s/early 2000s watching real world, road rules, and the challenges.

The New Girl

Superstore

Modern Family (I figure I have seen most of this show thanks to my parents)

Big Bang Theory (it feels like 18 different channels play hours and hours of BBT reruns, so I don't know if it counts that I'm too lazy to change the channel when I'm in my office, but I swear I've seen/heard a billion episodes of this horrendous turd)

Sherlock (make no mistake; it IS horsefeathering terrible, and manages to survive based only on the strength of the two main actors)

Big Bang Theory for sure. I've never watched it on purpose, but my wife has it on all the time and it's always the same episodes (or they're all the same, either way)

I may have seen one full episode of that show, and a handful of other 2-3 minute chunks. after unnecessarily punishing myself with most of how I met your mother, I've avoided pretty much everything CBS has to offer and have only watched a couple episodes of any Chuck Lorre show.

HIMYM definitely gets a lifetime acheivement award next to the Office of good show turned bad that I finished to the end. As far as longevity, they take the cake.

A lot of other shows I've actually seen every episode of that weren't really good shows, also weren't bad shows, IMO, but got canceled after pretty short runs. (Better Off Ted, Jericho, Pushing Daisies). They werent shows destined for greatness, but didnt last long enough to decline and lose my interest/viewership the same way other run of the mill shows that somehow keep lasting. Those shows are also all aired during a time when I had much more free time to sink into TV viewing. Now i find it hard enough to keep up on actually great TV.

Revenge

I win

good selection, insert same commentary I made about scandal for this one (as well as grey's anatomy*)

*I could have sworn this was finished but that horsefeathers is back this season? WTF!

The good ran out of HIMYM much earlier than it did for the office, and it never came close to the high levels.

The New Girl

New Girl is pretty decent. It's had it's highs and lows over it's run, but I don't think it's bad enough for this discussion.
