In all honesty though, the differences between Theo/Jed versus GarPax.......Holy horsefeathers. I know we're spoiled by the Cubs FO, but I seriously wouldn't be surprised if GarPax is bottom 10, counting all 3 major sports.

I wrote about these two guys here who were convicted of murder as teens, only it turned out they didnt do it. Spent 22 years in prison. We covered the case, and eventually the guy who committed the murder (he was on death row for another murder) finally came clean.

 

Anyway, I spent a lot of time with those guys after they got out, and every time I interviewed them they'd say "dude we just wanna go to a Thunder game, we just wanna see russell westbrook." Every time.

 

So anyway I was like let's just call the thunder. Eventually our request to get them courtside to a game made it to Presti and he took an interest. Finally they told us they were going to give the guys courtside seats to the christmas day game, and their own uniforms and stuff, and let them come watch shootaround.

 

And it was anthony morrow who called them to tell them the surprise. The thunder said they asked the players and morrow jumped at the chance.

Between all the cubs playoff highlight videos and now that video, I've pretty much had a happy cry on a daily basis. And that's certainly not a bad thing.

Bogdanovic is a RFA. I think he's maybe the best under 30 guy. Korver and Redick are both FA's too though.
